| The Tutu Girlz Boutique was formerly known as Just 2 Crazy Girlz Boutique. We originated in 2007 and have grown since then. Every tutu is hand made by myself in my home. I originally started making tutus when I noticed all the adorable tutus online. My daughter adored them so I tried my hand at creating a few for her. Well, no one else in my area, southern Illinois, made tutus like mine so they quickly became a huge hit. Co-workers were asking me to make tutus for them so I started marketing them online a bit. Then I started making the headbands and wands to match. Then came along flip flops. People went crazy over the flip flops! So here we are now. This site is new and will constantly be adding more products so please check back often.
